• Proven work experience of 2 years as a front-end developer
• Proven work experience as a WordPress developer
• Proven work experience with Elementor
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery
• Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Good communication skills.

We are looking for a customer service oriented Help desk specialist to provide support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and you will solve basic technical problems in our products and provide support for all assigned areas. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

• Proven working experience in providing help desk or other customer support role
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English
• Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
